Eileen was the first and only nurse to serve as President of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS), advancing reproductive science and medicine nationally.
She led the first joint nursing project between CFAS and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Her work includes peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters, guidelines, and presentations across Canada and the U.S.
