Emma Winson supports patients by providing accessible, evidence-based care that bridges mental and physical health, with particular expertise in mental health, ADHD, hormonal health, and medical weight management. She works collaboratively with patients to understand the whole picture, navigate treatment options, and develop practical, individualized care plans that fit their goals and everyday lives. Through comprehensive assessment, treatment, and ongoing management, her role helps expand access to timely care while supporting patients in navigating an increasingly complex healthcare system.
Emma Winson is a Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing experience and over a decade of advanced practice as a NP. She cares for patients across multiple Canadian provinces (ON, NS, PE, and BC) and has a particular interest in mental health, ADHD, hormonal health, medical weight management, and complex medication management. In addition to her medical mental health clinical work with Acceptance, Emma serves as the Medical Director of Ottawa Laser Clinic and is actively involved in professional education, advocacy, and advancing the Nurse Practitioner role within Canadian healthcare as the Coordinator for Ottawa Nurse Practitioner network.
