As a nurse practitioner at the Tillsonburg Unattached Care Clinic, Jessica provides comprehensive primary care to patients without a family practitioner. Jessica diagnoses and manages acute and chronic conditions, provides preventative care and screening, and coordinates referrals to specialists and community services. By improving access to timely primary care, Jessica helps reduce the use of emergency departments and bridge gaps in Ontario’s healthcare system for unattached and vulnerable populations.
Jessica Carrasco-Harding, MN,NP-PHC, FNP-C, is a primary care nurse practitioner at the unattached care clinic operated by the Ingersoll nurse practitioner led clinic serving unattached patients. She provides autonomous, full scope primary care, including diagnosis, prescribing, chronic disease management, and mental health care.
With over 12 years of nursing experience including emergency nursing, mental health and clinical leadership. Jessica brings strong systems thinking and frontline expertise to her role. She has completed advanced mental health training through the University of Toronto Centre for Professional Development and is passionate about improving access to care, strengthening continuity for vulnerable populations, and advancing the leadership role for nurse practitioners within Ontario’s healthcare system.
