Jiliane Sullivan
NP, MScN, MEd, PNC(C)

Jiliane is proud to provide comprehensive, bilingual primary care to individuals and families in the Vanier community as part of the Ottawa Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic—the first Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic in Ottawa. As a member of the Ottawa NPLC, Jiliane works autonomously to her full scope of practice and frequently collaborates with the allied health team (patient navigator, mental health counsellors, dietitian, and pharmacist) to provide holistic care to patients. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a strong commitment to advancing health equity and serving marginalized and vulnerable populations.

In addition to her clinic-based role, Jiliane will be helping the Ottawa NPLC expand access to care through an outreach initiative in partnership with St. Mary’s Home, where she will provide on-site primary care and women’s health services. Supporting women and families in this setting is deeply meaningful to Jiliane and reflects her passion for accessible, compassionate, and community-based care.

Recently graduated Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in women’s health, perinatal care, and health education.
