Body Co Health and Wellness is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team on a part time basis with the option to increase to full time based on client demand and performance. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about women’s health, is exceptionally driven to have impact through health and education and who thrives working in a team of like-minded practitioners. Emerging Role We are excited to offer this role to help increase direct access to care within our community in response to the ever changing landscape of healthcare. This position will be an independent contractor position giving the candidate flexibility to dictate their own schedule, collaboratively set pricing, market a personal brand and explore creative forms of health delivery in both direct one to one care and group settings. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit eager to make an impact in the health space. Individuals will have a direct impact on their own success and wealth generation with the support of an experienced team. Who We Are Body Co is a busy, multi-disciplinary, family-centered clinic in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Junction neighborhood. Our team is made up of physiotherapists (orthopaedic, pelvic health and paediatric), registered massage therapists, an osteopath, a naturopathic doctor, a chiropractor, a nutritionist, a social worker and movement therapists. Job Requirements

You are registered as a Registered Nurse Extended Class (Nurse Practitioner) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario You have a Nurse Practitioner specialty certificate in primary health care or women’s health Clinical Assessment, Critical Reasoning and Analytical Skills You can evaluate responses to treatment and modify the treatment plan to achieve established goals A clinical focus in women’s health, specifically supporting women through life transitions of pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause Trauma informed training and approach to practice 2-years experience in a multi-disciplinary clinical team is an asset
