Position: Nurse Practitioner Hours of Work: 1 Days/week Fridays 8:30am-5:00pm Type: Casual Location: Kitchener Clinic ***Hours of Work: Casual*** DriverCheck is growing! We conduct over 265,000 medical tests annually, offering alcohol and drug testing, occupational health services, fatigue management, and injury management programs. We are seeking a casual Nurse Practitioner working in Kitchener, ON to become an important member of our Clinic Team. Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of quality and professional customer and client service
• Conduct Ministry of Transportation physical examinations
• Conduct Trans-border and Client Specific Medical examinations
• Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process

Requirements

What you need to be successful in the role:

• Nurse Practitioner Certification is required, and eligible for registry to the nurse practitioner roster in Ontario;
• Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario;
• Demonstrated clinical skills in occupational health with evidence of continued professional development;
• Able to adapt to change and work collaboratively with members of the DriverCheck team;
• Team player and client focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Current CPR/First Aid Certifications
• Results oriented, strive to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance
• Leadership experience with guiding and motivating team members, creating a culture of respect and teamwork
