Job Description

Job share position with Dr. Backo-Shannon to care for and manage a comprehensive family medicine practice in a family health team. Located in Oakville, the position is permanent part-time (25-30 hours per week).

Requirements

Experience in comprehensive primary care Comfort with care across the continuum (prenatal to palliative) Strong clinical skills Excellent communication skills Home visits are optional
