There is good news for people living in Simcoe County who don’t have a family doctor: a nurse practitioner clinic in Oro-Medonte is expanding.
Andrew McNeill says he has a lot less stress these days, on and off the ice. Now that he has a family doctor for the first time in almost a decade, he can focus on hockey and his family.
“It’s hard because you have to go to the walk-in clinic or the RVH and end up sitting there for hours upon end because you don’t have an appointment,” he says.
