The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) has created a new digital option for completing the DDP, allowing you to complete DDP forms online and receive timely and informative notifications about the status of your open applications. We have also recently introduced updated forms which will be easier for health care professionals (HCPs) and ODSP applicants and recipients to complete.
