
Tara Peel
PHNP, MSCP
Tara, a graduate of Queen’s University, has worked as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at the Aurora Newmarket Family Health Team for 14 years. She provides comprehensive, patient-centred care across the lifespan. With a special interest in women’s health, she is a Certified Menopause Practitioner through The Menopause Society and provides virtual menopause education sessions for patients, community members, and local organizations. She is also a Certified ADHD Practitioner.
Tara serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgina Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic, contributing to the advancement of accessible, community-based healthcare. Through clinical expertise, education, and advocacy, she improves access to care, supports chronic disease management, and empowers patients to make informed health decisions while strengthening healthcare delivery within the community.
