Stephanie Lawrence is a healthcare leader committed to advancing equitable, patient-centered care by addressing systemic barriers within the healthcare landscape. With over a decade of experience spanning acute care, community health, public policy, and organizational leadership, she possesses expertise in strategic planning, interprofessional collaboration, and operational optimization.
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie provides comprehensive care to patients across the age continuum, leveraging clinical insights to drive systemic improvements in healthcare delivery. In her role as Clinical Lead at a family health team in the Greater Toronto Area, she oversees quality improvement initiatives, implements innovative care models, and fosters partnerships to enhance access and efficiency.
Stephanie currently sits as a Director on the Board of the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario (NPAO), where she contributes to advancing policy, advocacy, and professional leadership across the province.
As a member of the Class of 2026 in the Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences at the Rotman School of Management, Stephanie aims to refine her strategic leadership capabilities, deepen her understanding of healthcare economics, and collaborate with peers and faculty to develop transformative, sustainable solutions that promote global health equity.
